- Receives priorities and program or project specifics and generally can develop, plan and prioritize day to day activities.
What you’ll do:
- Defines when programs are to set up to manage multiple connected projects, and sets up the method and format for this program level management.
- Identifies and negotiates schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project and program objectives.
- Identifies key stakeholders and gains their active participation. Maintains multi-functional team relationships.
- Defines inputs/outputs (deliverables) for assigned projects and programs.
- Facilitates team meetings, takes notes, and ensures action items are completed in a timely manner.
- Applies creativity to revise/improve product launches.
- Ensures proper scope elicitation and manages scope change, communication, issues, risks, and organizational change to meet project objectives.
- Takes advantage of various learning opportunities to build knowledge and skills in professional and functional role.
Qualifications:
- Capable of facilitating project team meetings.
- Must be an excellent communicator, have an excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have experience with managing both domestic and overseas cross functional project teams.
- Knowledgeable in program management methodologies and techniques; performance evaluation and change management principles
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or engineering field.
- Proven experience in technical leadership or project management (Minimum 3-5 years of experience)
- PMP preferred
- Well versed in MS Office, MS Project and other project management tools
